About Casse-Tête (Melon d'eau) by L'octant-Microbrasserie

The Casse-Tête is a sour beer hopped and acidified by Lactobacillus plantarum using the “Sour Kettle” technique. For this third version,  more than 100 liters of ground watermelon has been added at the end of fermentation and a hopping believed in Hüll Melon, which makes it an extremely refreshing beer.
