In 2016, Wild Rose Brewery teamed up with Calgary Heritage Roasting Company to produce the Cast Iron Coffee Stout. This bold brew was made with craft roasted coffee beans and Alberta malt. After spending several months in bourbon barrels, it has transformed into a complex layered stout wiht notes of chocolate, vanilla and oak.
