The Celsons is the first of a series of Saison style beers. Style of Franco-Belgian origin, saison is intensely fruity, spicy, where beer is the star yeast. A complex beer that requires great care brewer to control the action of the yeast so that it brings us all the explosion of remarkable aromas with a taste of Belgium that only a saison can bring.

Tasting Notes: Light-colored beer, with intense, dry and refreshing carbonation on the palate, with citrus aromas and fruity orange reminding reminding red fruits and a combination of spicy and phenolic aromas recalling black pepper and cloves.

Pairs Well With: Roast chicken, pad thai, seafood, paella, chevre cheese, Reblochon, Vacherin Mont d'Or or other soft cheeses.
