Apple and pear combine with notes of citrus to add a crisp flavour to this bold and fruity dragon. This brew finishes with a bright, lingering bitterness this that’s sure to quench the hop head in all of us! In the fall of 2011 Red Dragon Double IPA was released. The hoppy brew was wildly successful and the Alley Kat Dragon Double IPA series was created.
