Naturally cooled by brisk Beartooth Mountain air in Red Lodge, Montana.
Fermented with a blend of French and English cider varieties sourced from Oregon. These apples contain tannins that offer a more wine-like, less fruity cider. Aged in Chardonnay barrels to complement the cider and minimally sweetened to highlight the apple and barrel.
