About Charybdis by Paddock Wood Brewing Co.
Charybdis, daughter of Poseidon, so enraged Zeus that the Father of the Gods turned her into a sea monster capable of making deadly whirpools that would destroy sailing ships. Paddock Wood's Charybdis is hopped in the “whirlpool” stage of brewing, giving it rich hop flavour with less of the bitterness IPAs are known for.
