A Wit beer that isn’t Wit. A classic wit beer base recipe, made with malted and unmalted wheat, citrus peels and coriander, with 250 pounds per brew of sweet cherry puree added and a splash of cranberry and citrus puree. The flavour is characterized by citrus zest and coriander aromas, followed by the sweet tart of ripe cherries and a mildly tannic finish.
