A crisp golden ale bursting with juicy Persian lime, fresh coriander and a hint of cracked black pepper, The bright, straw yellow color is topped off by a light fluffy white foam with sticky lacing. Aroma of lime upfront, like limeade or fresh limes with lemon, lighter pine and fresh-cut grass in the background. Mild ginger, pineapple, and white wine aromas and pale malt aromas of honey comb, corn, and bread. The mild sweetness with an even lighter sourness and bitterness. This beer has a medium-light body with a slightly coating mouthfeel that becomes a bit puckering. Definitely spritzy with a clean, slightly dry, finish.
