Cloud Captain is an American-style wheat beer brewed with German malts and hops. This slightly hazy and bready wheat ale is brewed with a blend of new world German hops. The combination of Ariana and Hallertau Blanc give slight traditional spice and herb flavours with modern German hop flavours of white wine grape, berry, lemongrass and citrus.
