Clay Potter from Moon Under Water Brewpub and Distillery in Victoria BC, was on a journey from the coast to the prairies and reached out to see if MH Brew Co. would be interested in collaborating on a new brew together. Of course, the answer is in this can.
Brewers used local-to-Clay maltsters Field Five Farms Maris Otter Malt for the base malt along with some fine specialty malts. Yakima Chief Hops kindly expedited them UK Fuggle leaf Hops to use in the hopback as well.
