This here is a Coconut Hefeweizen. Rich with Weihenstephan Weizen yeast, Village pitched this slow and steady to accentuate its banana esters while still harnessing subtle notes of clove. A traditional hefe with a small tweak, they then threw a palm tree amount of dried coconut into fermentation to round out it out with a sweeter finish and tropical aroma.
