At Whistler Brewing, their relationship with community and neighbours are extremely important – so they love it when they have the chance to work together! Whistler Brewing Company partnered with The Whistler Roasting Company, a family owned organic coffee roaster, in Whistler. Whistler Roasting kindly supplied a specialty cold infused coffee, which was then carefully married with Whistler Brewing's own unique brown ale recipe. The result is a nutty-scented, ruby-brown beer that is balanced, rich, and complex, but with a bright hoppiness that still allows the coffee and vanilla notes to shine through.
