Cold IPA by Mill Street Brewery in Ontario, Canada

About Cold IPA by Mill Street Brewery

What makes an IPA a Cold IPA? It’s fermented with lager yeast at much colder temperature then a typical IPA. Mill Street Brewery made this one using plenty of Motueka and Mosaic hops to give it a tropical character with notes of mango, pineapple, lemon and lime. The perfect IPA for the summer is a Cold IPA! Who doesn’t like cracking open a cold one?
