Comet Line starts out as a pale ale using American Cascade, Columbus, and Centennial hops and then is fermented entirely with Belgian yeast, providing that distinct, estery Belgian flavor profile, which is complimented by the bright and citrusy hop character. The hops are prominent, but light enough to not overpower the yeast’s flavors and aromas.
