Two years in the making, this carefully nurtured old English favourite is a surprisingly bright winter warmer. Refermentation by Brettanomyces lambicus imparts hints of cherry, while the two years in bourbon barrels add smoothness and depth to the surprisingly delicate spiciness of the rye malt. Best shared at cellar temperature at fireside, the warmth that comes from within will be indistinguishable from that of your surroundings.
