El guardián de las cervezas, de apariencia oscura con alma noble. Es una cerveza color «corteza de encino», con aromas a caramelo, chocolate y una ligera nota de café. En boca es fresca de cuerpo medio. Para crear su sabor nos inspiramos en la corteza de los árboles que crecen en las faldas en el Cofre de Perote.
The keeper of beers, dark looking with noble soul. It is a beer "oak bark", with aromas of caramel, chocolate and a light note of coffee. In the mouth it is fresh with a medium body. To create its flavor we are inspired by the bark of the trees that grow on the skirts in the Chest of Perote.
