About Country Ale by Ramblin' Road Brewery Farm
This extraordinarily smooth and creamy ale is warm-fermented using the finest Canadian pale malt. It pours to a golden straw colour with a snow-white head that laces beautifully. The aroma is fresh and floral with tones of fruit, malt and earthy hops. This is a sophisticated beer that offers a rich yet, subdued flavour that is crisp but never harsh, with just a hint of bitterness to excite your palate.
