Expert in sour and oak barrel-aged beers, Microbrasserie À la Fût is located in Saint-Tite and with its 516 barrels, it is one of Québec's largest craft breweries.
This acidulated beer, freely inspired by the Berlinerweisses, is elaborated by making the lactobacillus work in the must. On the nose, one perceives a slight aroma of cereals paired with the acid dynamics of the liquid that emerges in the fineness of its mousse. On the palate, it is also its clearly acid and lemon profile that dominates, recalling the freshness of a lemonade.
