A blend of cider and crab apples harvested from Carluke Orchards in Ancaster. The nose is big, fruity and earthy, like walking through a freshly tilled orchard after a rainstorm. Its big, fruity qualities continue on the pallet and are complemented by lively and slightly acidic tannins from the crab apples. Deep and flavourful, a great pairing for any red meats or rich deserts.
