100% Brettanomyces Merlot Barrel Fermented experimental beer. The base of this beer is two row barley and wheat. Fermented in a Merlot barrel with Brettanomyces, a wild yeast, and aged for six months in the barrel. Notes of fruit, funk, barnyard, and horse butt dominate the complexity of this beer.
