About Culture Shock Star Eater by Paradise Creek Brewery
A potent blend of 2013 vintage imperial stout and Lupular Fallout Black IIPA, this monster of a beer has been aging in a bourbon barrel from OOLA Distillery for over a year. Loads of dark chocolate along with a currant, oak, and bourbon dominate the flavor palate with a touch of lactobacillus to provide a tartness that accentuates the chocolate and complex fruit notes.
