About Czech League Pilsner by O.T. Brewing Company
This collaboration between O.T. and Paddy’s was inspired by Blake and Dan’s respective trips to Central Europe this spring where they both drank high volumes of a certain golden Czech pilsner. We trucked in two totes of reverse osmosis water from Paddy’s, tried our hand at decocting Czech pilsner malt, hopped it with lots of Czech Saaz, fermented it with traditional Czech yeast, and lagered it as long as we could before it ended up in your hand.
