Stoup brewed this dark wheat beer with their friends from Holy Mountain using traditional German decoction methods. The malt bill is all Weyermann grain and it was fermented with Andechs Wheat yeast imparting aromas of banana and clove. Velvety and rich with a touch of chocolate, this beer is made to share with friends.
