A while back Collective Arts started giving members of their brewing team the opportunity to see their own recipes come to life at their Toronto brewery. The latest of these small-batch experiments is Deconstructing Walls, a Belgian IPA crafted by Sky Powell from the Hamilton brew team! Part of what distinguishes Belgian IPAs is yeast from (you guessed it) Belgium, which helps make the brew more dry and crisp than your typical IPA. Made with a blend of Belgian yeast and judiciously dry hopped with Kazbek, Styrian Wolf and Amarillo, Deconstructing Walls delivers notes of fruit, spice and herbs on the nose with a light body and firm bitterness. Herbal and earthy meets big, bold and juicy!
