Deep South by Yellowbelly Brewery & Public House in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada

About Deep South by Yellowbelly Brewery & Public House

New IPA seasonal introduced in August 2015. It disappeared fast but due to clamouring by an affectionate public, we're bringing it back! (Probably late September or early October 2015.) About 60 IBUs and about 6% ABV, it is a bitter fruity hop bomb. Liam brewed it using American ale yeast vs. our regular British house strain. It is dry and bitter with serious overtones of lychee and grapefruit. Made exclusively with hops from the southern hemisphere (pacific gem from New Zealand and mosaic from Australia).
