About Dog Stalker Bock by Grand River Brewing
Dog Stalker Bock is brewed in the traditonal style dating back to pagan times. It is brewed to reflect the hopes of the upcoming spring. Dog Stalker Bock is defined by its robust malt flavour with dark amber colour from the use of secilaity coloured malts. The hop bitterness balances but does not overpower the pleasant malt character.
