Microbrasserie À la Fût's brewers are having a great time in the cellar! Their love of fresh and local fruit has inspired this special version of the Double Kapi. Indeed, organic ground cherries from the Ferme Chouette Lapone in St-Séverin along with beautiful, juicy, organic peaches were added to a young Double Kapi, and then left for a month in oak barrels. The result is refreshing, fruity and well-balanced acidity. A salute to cowgirl Catherine who has been peeling ground cherries for a good two weeks for this exclusive brew!
