Known as the ”Burgundy of Belgium”, this decidedly wine-like beer is a blend of acetic/tannic/sour dark beer, extensively aged on local alder wood, and young sour beer. The delicate balance of tannin, sweetness, lactic and acetic sourness, wood, and grain is the crowning jewel in the career of a brewer. Alaskan wheat, wood, and microflora make this Turnagain's Burgundy!
