Will somebody, PLEASE, put this fire out while it’s still contained?! This beer is NOT normal. Okay, so real talk on this complex beer: Light to moderate notes of smoke from 2 types of smoked malt (Cherry Wood and Peated) are well integrated with flavors of roast, bread crust, milk chocolate & brown sugar. It finishes smooth with dark fruity notes thanks to our house yeast.
