So, it's fair to say that we have a bit of a "thing" for hops and that we get a little excited over this botanitcal species in the brewery…we've worked with a bucket load of hop varieties over the years and we thought it'd be great to showcase a classic for this Single Batch release, East Kent Goldings. An ale with all the refinement of old English tradition, but with the heart of a true hop head, this single hop brew delivers classic, earthy EKG characters from a very liberal dry hopping regime all tied together with a good mix of Pale, Munich and Crystal malts.
