About East Lake Amber by Fitzsimmons Brewing Co.
This rich flavoured amber ale was brewed with rye, which lends itself to a unique whiskey finish. Using Caramünch malts, this amber ale has a warm complex flavour palate that begins with caramel and finishes with rye. Named after the East Lake that faces the brewery, this amber is dark red in appearance, and is smooth and approachable. Pairs nicely with cured and red meats.
