Blood orange in colour, this traditional saison base was accented with California Merlot juice and skins. Complex aromas of strawberry jam, pomegranate and plum are released from a slightly pink head. Either Way: Merlot has a medium bodied mouthfeel with a lingering residual sweetness while still finishing refreshingly dry. Big flavours of melon, tangerine and dark berries complement the inherent citrus base.
