Either Way: Pinot Gris showcases an ideal balance between the complexity of a saison and Pinot Gris. A traditional saison base accentuated by Tawse Winery Pinot Gris juice creates aromas of pear and pineapple, highlighting the characteristics of traditional French saison yeast. Juicy fruit forward flavours of passionfruit, melon and citrus make for a slightly acidic saison finish.
