About Farmer In The Sky by True History Brewing
Farmer in the Sky is our modern take on a pilsner, a style we feel is criminally undervalued. We wanted this beer to maintain the classic characteristics of the style while adding a unique twist. With a dry hopping of Citra a light citrus and lemon aroma compliment the fresh cut grass, bit, and crackery malt of a classic German Pils, and end with a crispt and clean finish.
