Faxe Black is a dark pilsner beer. It has an opaque, black color and a full, chocolate or coffee flavor that looks like stout or gates. Schwarzbier is underginned beer, although originally used herb to brew them. Black beer gets its dark color from the use of dark painted. The malt may, however, get its color under roasting. It can be served to dark bread with cream cheese.
