Five Elements

A delicate balancing act of malt, hops, and yeast, Laylow's take on an American IPA takes inspiration from the many versions of the style found across North America. The name pays homage to the five steps of making an IPA: mash, sparge, boil, ferment, dry hop. Each brings crucial flavours to the table to achieve a fruity, resinous beer of balance with a long, dry finish.
