Fruity and tangy, this sour beer is brewed with an extraordinary amount of real black raspberries! Coldly hopped with Citra and Azacca aromatic hops, the aromas of citrus and tropical fruits are unmissable.
The use of Kveik yeast, a traditional and highly aromatic Norwegian strain, as well as the addition of acidifying bacteria, give this beer a complexity without detracting from its frankly thirst-quenching side.
