Desta forma, surgiu aFranconian Rhapsody. Escolhemos dois tipos característicos da Francônia: o Helles, lager clara consumida diariamente na região, e o Rauch, tradicional cerveja defumada da cidade de Bamberg.

Da união desses estilos, nasceu uma bebida para surpreender os mais diversos paladares, sem amarras ou regras. Uma cerveja ao sabor da inspiração.

Harmoniza com peixes defumados, castanhas, churrasquinho de frango e ricota defumada.

Temperatura de serviço: de 4°C a 6°C

Aroma: Sutil aroma defumado e floral do lúpulo;
Aparência: Dourada, cristalina e com boa formação e persistência da espuma;
Sabor: No primeiro momento o defumado toma conta da boca, porém logo o malte aparece junto com o leve amargor do lúpulo;
Sensação na boca: Cerveja leve, fácil de beber, com um final seco e refrescante.

Appearance: Golden, clear and well-trained and persistent foam;
Taste: At first the smoked takes care of the mouth, and soon malt appears along with the slight bitterness of the hops;
