Thanks to a hop grower's mistake, we ended up getting our hands on freshly kilned whole cone Idaho 7 hops just a few days off the vine. Bursting with apricot, orange, and grapefruit, and with a peach character so pronounced it is hard to believe we didn’t toss buckets and bucket of whole fresh peaches into the fermentor, this juice bomb IPA showcases just how much complexity can come from a single hop variety.
