About Frost Killer by Angry Hanks
The smooth beer goes down easy, but the full flavor will prevent you from drinking it too fast. Traditionally Scottish and Scotch ales are served around 50 degrees and they are sipped in order to enjoy all the nuances of the beer. But I like to keep them nice and cold and sip them enjoying all the nuances of the beer; I personally prefer all my beer about 35 – 40 degrees. Note the creamy feel and the sweet malt and toffee tastes; pay attention to how the higher alcohol content warms you right up, but doesn’t overpower the beer.
