Who doesn’t want a sunshine beer all year round? This is a raspberry and spiced pink peppercorn saison, foudre fermented and aged, and then blended with an acid drop of select barrels before being packed to the brim with over a tonne of the ripest English raspberries they could get.
Starting as a pink peppercorn saison, Fruitbooter really comes into it’s own with the artiful use of blending. Selecting a special few from their barrel library to enhance the flavour of the saison and boost it’s tartness to new heights. Then come the raspberries, as fresh and ripe as they could get them, straight from Somerset.
The peppery saison, acidic barrel addition and juicy raspberries make for a tart, jammy, mouthwatering beer.
