FUBAR is a military acronym which describes a situation: Fouled Up Beyond All Recognition. 5x5's FUBAR Red (hence the extra “R”) embraces the spirit of all things gone wrong, except everything went right with this beer! It is a solid Irish Red, lightly malty, with pronounced caramel, burnt sugar, raisin and prune notes. It is not too bitter, with the perfect amount of carbonation.
