When we first brewed this off-the-wall beer in the summer of 2016, we figured it would scare off all but the most adventurous heat-seeking drinking. We couldn’t have been more wrong! Something about the blazing heat of fresh raw Florida-grown ghost peppers combined with a pungent and funky Belgian saison made this one of the hottest beers in our taproom (literally and figuratively). The small batch we brewed evaporated in record time, and we knew we had a scorcher on our hands. At the next ghost pepper harvest, we decided to “batch it up”, but we know this limited release won’t last. Get it while it’s hot!
