This recipe originated with home brewer Ryan Palmer (aka Mr. Gourd Halloween head) 2 years ago and became something of legend last Fall when Hogie and Ryan brewed the next version. You’ll find the malt bill amped up compared to other versions of this seasonal style to give the beer a full base, and to hold up to the several varieties of spices and elixirs which paint a palatable portrait of liquid pumpkin pie.
