About Grimsby Pale Ale by Grimross Brewing

As many Maritimers know, Fredericton experienced a tragic shooting in August of 2018. One of the victims was Sara Burns, an officer with the Fredericton Police force. In her honour, Grimross has partnered up with Craft Coast Canning and Ginger Design to brew a pale ale with proceeds going to the Sara Burns Police Memorial Fund. Grimsby (named after the fallen officer's horse), is an approachable pale ale brewed with Shoreline Pale and Munich malts from PEI and hopped and dry-hopped with hops from Island Hop Farm, giving it a touch of citrus and some grassy notes.
