Pronounced “Gwin Dee,” this robust dark beer is named for Paul Marshall’s distant in-laws who owned the famed Welsh winery said to be the real birthplace of Guinness stout. A historic blend of roasted barley, black and chocolate malts produce a smooth stout with notable dark chocolate and coffee aromas. This Welsh tribute stouts dry finish counterbalances the boldness of its roasted grains.
