A mid-strength imperial stout featuring the largest and most complex grain bill to ever enter the O.T. mash tun, a three-hour boil, a significant hop drop in the whirlpool, and a conservative addition of whole Tahitian vanilla beans after fermentation to tie it all together. You get notes of milk chocolate-covered raisins, soft black liquorice, and mellow vanilla cola poking through a chewy, creamy body with refined Columbus hop character. Drink fresh or cellar away!
