Long Bay Brewery Ltd. began production in June 2017.
The feature hop here is Strata (a relatively difficult hop to access) that pairs quite well Mosaic hops. Fermented with a liquid vermont ale yeast, this session IPA was double dry hopped the same way any double IPA would be. With only half of the alcohol content and a clean malt bill, this beer is light and crushable, more aromatic than bitter.
