In celebration of the local hop harvest, Adirondack's will incorporate whole cone fresh NYS grown hops to a malt bill that included Rye and Dark Crystal malts. This combination gives it a uniquely spicy flavor from the Rye malts balanced by the bitterness and citrus aroma from the fresh hops.
