About Heretique Obscura by Brasserie Dieu du Ciel
This new mocha coloured version of the Hérétique, topped with a frothy white head, has light aromas of red fruit intertwined with notes of Brettanomyces yeast. The beer has a rich mouthfeel where the subtlety of its vinous character and roasted coffee flavours are in equilibrium. A touch of flavour enhancing acidity, without bitterness, contributes to the beer’s refreshing crispness.
